HOUSE INFO:
• Don’t make any loud noises before 6:00am and after 20:00pm, respect your neighbors and neighborhood.
• Let’s stay green and don’t throw away anything in the garden or around the complex.
· Not
allowed to let other people sleep inside the room beside the renter
(max 2 people) or to over contract the room to other people.
· Customers
will receive a payment reminder 13 days before the end of rental date,
the payment for the next rental period have to be paid latest 10 days
before the end of your contract date.
· If
we don’t receive the monthly rental payment on time (10 days before the
end of your contract date); we assume that you are not willing to stay
any longer in the source mini apartments. And your room will be
available on line for new customer.
· Customers
have to pay 150.-U.S.dollar or Rp.1.500.000. – security deposit, this
deposit will be paid back on the check out date if there is nothing
broken or missing from the room.
· Customers will be charged 1x 150.000IDR when checking out fee for cleaning the room for next arrival.
· Customer have to leave the same amount on electrical pulsar inside the meter as the amount from the first check in date.
· Check out time before 12:00am Check in time after 14:00pm
. NO PETS allowed inside the Mini Apartments, but of course you can bring your gold fish!
